Polylang integration for translation support, defaulting to French and English localisations

Replaced most custom blocks with the following core blocks:

The only custom blocks that have been kept are the following:

A new custom Slider block has been created to allow for a 'slideshow' of core Cover blocks
The concept of nesting has been introduced through the Columns, Cover, and Group / Stack / Row blocks
More customisation such as font size, margin, and font colour has been introduced
FileBird has been integrated into the Media Library to allow for directory structures
The CDS integration has been moved to work with the Media Library instead of on a per-block level
A global banner setting has been added to the global site settings to allow for a banner to be displayed across the top of the site, across all pages (with three different severity levels)
Compact mode (for internal, non-promotional sites) has been introduced, globally reducing whitespace
The Customise menu has been moved from an Administrator privilege to an Editor privilege
